Student Visa renew vs EB2

I need to renew my F1 visa (student) and I applied for a EB2 visa through the i140 form. Does anybody here know if this could be an issue for my student Visa approval? Also, in order to renew my student Visa I need to travel back to my country, anybody know if this could also be a problem to my process? Lastly, if my student visa is denied, my current visa will be still valid? At least until the expiration date right? Thank you very much.

Tourist requesting Parole

Hi, I want to know if a person who entered to USA with Tourist Visa can request a Parole to stay for a long time to take care of his mother resident, as she doesn’t have anyone to take care of her, she got Bladder Cancer grade 4 and she is taking treatment in a hospital, let me know please if there is a way her son can request a parole to stay in USA even the 6 months of the Tourist Visa expire…Thank you in advance if you can help…

Please help! GC holder filing for spouse

Hi! I am a GC holder and my spouse is overseas in India. She has a approved B1/B2 visa valid for ten years. I want to sponsor her green card and want her to be here in USA. Should I call her to USA on a B1/B2 visa or should I have her apply for F1 student visa. The only benefit with student visa from what I am told is that there will be no time crunch issue. With B1/B2 it’s a tight timeline with 90 day rule and then you have 90 days to file her application and get a receipt? Can anyone share how long does it takes to receive the receipt after applying I130 and I 485?

filing i130 for mom

hi Family, please I have a concern, am trying to file for my mom who is outside the US. I put all my work history, when it get approved and they ask for my payouts, and I have a new job than the one I put on the initial 130, will there be a problem, or they just want me to meet the income requirements no matter what am doing? am about to submit my mom 130 this week, but I have a part time job but getting promising interviews for full time position. can I just submit the 130 with my normal work history including my part time position the time for it to get approve then when I get a full time job (very soon) I provide that information for my 864? please help

Today makes officially 7 months since I filed my application for adjustment of status. I see people who filed after me had their interview and people filed in August already had biometrics done. I'm happy people are getting results, its just disheartening waiting for biometrics for 7 months and still can't get one. Any January filers still waiting for their biometric appointment notice?

I recently filed form i-765, I received a receipt notice form i-797c eligibility category c33 can I use this form to apply for a job?
