Dear Friends
i just obtained my conditional green card (2years) last March.
Is I am eligible to adjust status to my kids (14-12 years olde) while they are inside US by B2 visa?

I am not an immigration expert. You may have to wait for 2 years to get approval to remove conditions before you can file for someone else.

Yes, you can, only if your kids are still in legal status. So there is a question for you, have they been in legal status? since they came to US by B2 visa, I’m not sure how long have they been here, and normally CBS only give 6 months.
