Filing Green card for spouse
My wife is a US citizen and is applying for my Green card. I am already in the US on a student visa currently have an EAD card after graduating.
Is it a good idea to file I-130, 131 A, I-485, I-864 and my doing my medical exam and filing it all together. is it a good idea? has someone done it this way before? if so was the process fast? or any better way to do it such as filing I-130 first and then waiting on the receipt for approval and then filing the other forms?
Any help and recommendations would be appreciated!

I filled out 130 when it was appoved I sent the rest but I think everything should be sent together and don’t forget the form I-765 (employment authorization)

thank you for the advice, that’s what I thought. do u think the medical would be a good idea to. my only concern was, people say that medical is only valid for 6 months

and what if I don’t get an interview until 9-10 months, since I would not want to do my medical again

I think it is valid for 2 years now

You should send everything together and it depends what’s your PD and hold back like they are other than that since you’re married to a US citizen it shouldn’t be that long anyways and also since you already have an EAD it wouldn’t be a big problem.

thank you Sam, even though it is an immediate relative, would there still be a priority date ? I thought that was only for other categories such as f1, f2a,f2b etc .

@ Atish Patel. yes you are right there will still be a priority date for you.
