Hello All,
Effective December 9, 2021,
USCIS is temporarily waiving the requirement that the civil surgeon sign the Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Form I-693) no more than 60 days before the date the applicant files an Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Form I-485).
It is still in the best interest of applicants to undergo the immigration medical examination close to the time of filing the Form I-485, as the Form I-693 only retains its evidentiary value for 2 years from the date of the civil surgeon’s signature.
After the 2-year timeframe, the applicant would need to submit a new Form I-693 if USCIS has not adjudicated the Form I-485.

I am a nurse that I work in NY I came here with tourists visa and I decided to apply for asylum. I had my court date last year in November but they have pushed till end of 2023. Does anybody know any way that can help me to get my case approved since I’m a licensed nurse working with Covid patient in New York and I have being waiting for 7 years

casa status still the same no update just says the receive my i-130 and the acception notice was sent .

RFE on joint sponsor need advice
hello I received RFE that i need a joint sponsor. my last day to submit the response already crossed ( I am aware there are still 60 days extension for RFE response)
this year my wife's income matches the requirements. can I respond the RFE with my wife's current income along with my W2( I am h1 from last 4 years)
I am unbale to find joint sponsor that's why.
no one is willing to sign for us
I don't know what to do. I already did my biometric last month.
is it advisable by responding RFE withy wife's latest income and this year w2 along with by adding my income ?

Any suggestions or advise on what to do? it’s taking way longer than I expected. I have friends who applied the same time and after me and their spouses are in here already. Taxes Center is very slow with processing cases.
