there's something who's not quite right.it can't be 269 days till 2017 when I have 240 and I filled in April 2021

Your petition is dead. Your RFE had a response deadline. if that deadline was before December 1, 2021, you have to start over with everything. At most, you get 90 days to answer the RFE.
