hi good people ,
can anyone guide me about the documents that I need to submit for my spouse for her green card.
she is not in the US .
and also please share your experiences how long does it take for a legal permanent resident to bring his wife through this process .

So we finally got an update, it’s a request for evidence. we will see what it’s for but my question is can anyone give me their experience with how long after you send the RFE you got another update? we have done biometrics already in October.

hey guys what can I do I have been under pressure and at the same time tired, I got married in August 2017 and I submitted my i130 in October 1 2018 and usics did not open my file until October 2019 and in December they requested for more evidence which we submitted with in a week , guys up till this present time my case is still pending not approved not processed all I keeping hearing from them is they are doing security check and without their results they can’t respond to my case. guys my marriage is real with 2kids and we don’t have a criminal record because we both work with the state, please I need your advice I called congress nothing has been done and my i485 was submitted in November 2019 request for evidence was sent within a week since 710 days still pending and nothing has happened or changed, now I’m putting in for 3r ead renewal.kindly advise what to do.I’m just tired.
How long does it take to get the SSN after the case is approved?
My case was approved on Dec 10, however, I still have not received a SSN.

Extend my stay
Hi, I came to US for 1 month, but due complications of my mom, she got bladder cancer and is taking treatments in a clinic, I am the only one that can take care of her, I’m her caregiver… I had to request an extend of stay to UCSIS, my last day is January 8 2022, but they gave me an appointment for fingerprints and identification for January 14 2022, within that range of days, will I be illegal here?… and also the time they will take to approve my stay, will I be illegal?… I don’t want to be any day illegal here, I have 20 years traveling to US with tourist visa and never had an issue, this is the first time I have to overstay due my Mom with bladder cancer!…
