Travelling domestically while having a pending I-765/I-131
Hi there Everyone.
just a quick question. are you able to fly domestically to another state with your passport from your home country while you have a pending I-485. I am still waiting for my EAD combo card. I have my B1/B2 visa in my passport.
I am not planning on leaving the US as this would abandon my application. just wanting to fly to another state.
thank you. 😎

hi all, starting this thread to share experiences about interfile process , I downgraded my application from eb2 to eb3 in October last year since eb3 was current in terms of my PD, now my PD is current with eb2 so I have interfiled with USCiS , I wanted to know if there are any successful cases or experiences in the community here ? kindly share your experiences , thanks in advance
How to get back the money order I previously sent to USCIS?
USCIS still rejects my 485 form with the reason that I didn't provide the correct amount. Please advise me, how to GET BACK THE MONEY ORDER I previously sent to USCIS? I have called USCIS directly, but the officer's answer is not satisfying, he just gave me a service request number and asked me to wait for their response by email or phone.

AOS and opt work authorization
Hi Guys , I’m a student ,I graduated last spring , I filed AOS through marriage to a U.S citizen ln September . I currently have an opt work authorization but didn’t get a job in the first 90days . Now I have some potential offers , I’m curious to know if I can still work with the opt work authorization before they issue me a new one (note that I have exceeded the first 90 days rule )

RFE on I-129F Answer Mailed: Updated: To Denied
I filed the I-129F months after filing the I-130. November 1st, 2021 I got a RFE for evidence (proof of void marriage, same as RFE on the I-130). Anyway, I answered the I-130 electronically and decided it would be useless to mail theRFE answer to the I-129F. On 12/11/2021 I woke with a strong sense to answer the RFE on the I-129F, so Input it in the mail today. Nothing is a waste if its for love. Go the extra mile, hold on a little bit longer, find the strength to stretch your faith and by all means exhaust all patience. Don’t give up, don’t give in. This is just a test of your faith to see if your marriage is real. So hang in there! You’re not alone.
UPDATE: I-129F Denied: “Since your immigrant visa petition has been approved and an immediate relative visa is available, your spouse no longer requires the issuance of a K-3 visa to await adjudication of the immigrant visa petition. Therefore, your I-129F visa petition is denied.”
travel document
Does anyone know if I can use the travel document to travel domestically?
I have one valid until August 2022. My EAD card has expired and it’s going to take USCIS ages to renew it lol. I already started the renewal application but in the meantime I don’t have any sort of ID except my travel document.
USCIS EXPEDITE ANYONE?
Hello Everyone! Back in August I made an expedited request to USCIS. They replied that my case qualified to review it and that I had to send whatever evidence I had trough an email address that they gave me. I sent the documents but I still have not had a response since that day. I chatted with a live agent a month ago and he only told me that they did receive the documents but nothing else. My reason to ask for an Expedite is because I am a stage 4 Cancer patient and I am undergoing chemotherapy treatment every 21 days so that my cancer does not continue to grow because it is inoperable. So right now I can't work, much less travel, and my husband and children are in Peru. It's extremely hard to be away from them 😪 So I sent USCIS a letter from my Dr. detailing all that, also studies, CT's Scans, the next appointments of the treatment that I would have during that month that followed, in short all my prognosis. My request was 4 months ago. Is it normal for them to take so long to review an expedite petition? Thanks in advance,God Bless 🙏
