I recently change my address with uscis and the email that I got from them says that they just updated my N-400 Form application for naturalization, the problem is that I didn't apply for citizenship, I don't even have a green card yet, someone that had the same case???

How long do they take to response Medical Rfe? I already did my interview on Oct 19. On Nov 2, they send me medical rfe(since previous was invalid-civil doctor signature was more than 60 days). I send rfe response on Nov 20,2021. Anyone in Atlanta Field Office who sent rfe and got approved? How long does it takes?

I have seen people in other groups get Approved in 2-5 months same location! with dates after mine! I-130: April 13,2021 Active Review : September 1, 2021 Expedite Request: November 15, 2021 Expedite Request answer Due By : November 22-24 Call for Update of Expedited Request: November 24, 2021 *Also asked to speak to TIER 2 Rep and still no answer to my request! New Expedite Request: November 24, 2021 just to ask them to look at the original Expedite Request (the USCIS REP did this not me) Emailed: The White House, Vice President & My Senators November 29, 2021 I-129: mailed December 2, 2021 Senator finally contacted me back: December 6, 2021 answered! Emailed Senator Authorization Waiver : December 6, 2021 Tier 2 Call Back Expected Date: December 24,2021 (per USCIS REP) I have contacted everyone I know of to help me UPDATE:::: I-129F Receipt Date: December 8,2021 December 28, 2021 Tier 2 officer called me and simply made a Expedite Request for my I-129F since my now 2 expedites had not been answered January 11, 2022 Senator office says well why do you need expedite I explain she basically acts unimpressed! but I get my Dr notes and evidence because I have a valid reason for Expedite! January 21, 2021 call to check with my Senator on update of case no answer also same day called USCIS speak to a Supervisor- now they put in a 4th REQUEST FOR EXPEDITE because none absolutely none of the original Expedite Request were answered!!!! Also putting me on the List for a Tier 2 officer to contact me again between 3 to 30 Days 🙄😢 because he said I should have had a answer by now! I’m slightly frustrated because families are apart, real life is happening and many are affected by the lackadaisical handling of cases! 4 Expedite Request never answered is insulting especially when the Tier 1 Supervisor says the same! I understand backlog and workers but keeping families apart is major and with the stroke of a finger to a computer’s keyboard is the Approval or Denial of someone’s life and livelihood can make the strongest person feel defeated 😔 Praying for Change & Speedy Approvals so families can be together again
