Did you ask him about that???? If I were you, I’d speak to someone at USCIS. It could be an honest mistake, but why take chances? Oh, & double chk that you didn’t put the wrong receipt number in. It’s an easy thing to do. Good luck!

Thank you for your comment. I did check the reciept number and I asked him too, he said he didn't reques to cancel the process what can I do?

USCIS can be very difficult if you are NOT the petitioner even if you are the benenficary. They will ask where is the petitioner when call and even through emma. .if your husband never make such request let him call...are you here in America or you overseas?.

Dan is correct. Even though you’re the beneficiary, they’ll want permission from the person who filed your docs to speak to you. Just have your husband call to find out what’s going on. Try to get this addressed this week. Good luck to you & please keep us posted on the result
