you have only just begun the immigration game, it's frustrating and confusing . Be patient it will happen.

l applied many years ago pre 2010. the system was extremely slow took 8 + years to fully complete and be naturalized. l didn't use lawyers as it made no difference unless you wanted to spend $30,000 plus. l am highly educated and know my way around government departments so flinging was no big deal for us. immigration has and always has been a long process, the key is research. what is your immigration goal, and how do you wish to achieve that goal, are you prepared to research all avenues to gain your desired outcomes, and how will you do so. this is how l got through, l didn't complain about "oh my goodness it's been 3 months waiting" l did by myself for my family. what l see happening right now is this, illegal immigration is top priority with our current president, second legal Immigration is moving quickly especially if you filed in 2021. immigration sets quotas per year per nation, that quota is 7%. we are dealing with a government agency and it's year is almost at an end, but it's not what you think some Visa's are from October to October, others July through July, but all have a quota 7% per nation. in many instances if people have applied for EAD and the quota had not been filled those remaining visa go to another line of visa to fill that quota and provide more people the opportunity to come to the USA (hyperthetical analogy - EAD could go to family based Visa's and vice versa). my advice is to be vigilant with your case and dont stress over it as it's out of your hands. by All means seek a Congress person to inquire about your case it may work it may not. but in the end l pray everyone gets their prayers answered. l am here to bring my only brother into my family here in USA, then my family is together and complete.

Be vigilant, my brother is 123.5 months out just like everyone else it's 10 to 20 year wait for siblings. l pray something different, but it's ok l visit back home often, and my brother visits often.
