did you try requesting assistance from your senator or congressman? this has been outstanding for a very long time. we’re desperate and we submitted on December 3, 2020. we sought assistance from our senator this week and he confirmed he filed an expedite request for us yesterday. we hope to hear from USCIS soon as our case has been outstanding for more than a year now too

Pelton and Irene... I have the same issue. We also filed EB 2 NIW ( I-140, I-485, I-768, and I-131) on October 30 2020, NSC..it's has been over 400 days so far.
I expedited the I-765 and was denied. So I went through my congresswoman. I will be hearing back from them this week.
