ilse somarribaDec 13, 2021
why is it taking that long? do you or your husband have a criminal background ? did you submit enough evidence? why don’t you get a lawyer ?
waiting on the lord.Dec 13, 2021
@ Maame U the answer is YES
bbbbb bbbbbDec 13, 2021
@ilse somarriba we don’t have a criminal record as a matter of fact we both work in the prison state work, we have been calling them and they keep telling us they doing a security check and they can’t make a decision without their results. we still call them this week same thing and but my case is in Vermont center. I’m tired of this I called congress and no solutions.
bbbbb bbbbbDec 13, 2021
@maame do you later sue them? and how come yours is faster please give me a link on what I can do.
Maame UDec 13, 2021
mine is 2 years but still not approved!
bbbbb bbbbbDec 13, 2021
oh I thought they approved your case already, so what can we do
Rocco FortéDec 14, 2021
@BD BD you need to sue them like tomorrow
Maame UDec 14, 2021
@B D BD, I have talked to my husband so we will get a lawyer and sue them
bbbbb bbbbbDec 14, 2021
@maame U But make sure your case is outside the normal processing time before taking any action, and kindly carry me along with any updates, because they told me that the normal process time for i130 is 27 1/2 months and i485 is 24 months. in Vermont center.I don’t know of your center so it’s depends on the center too God will fight our battle for us.

Rocco FortéDec 14, 2021
Sue them!
Maame UDec 14, 2021
@Rocco Forte, do I need a lawyer before I sue them?
Rocco FortéDec 14, 2021
Yea you need a lawyer that specializes on Mandamus
Rocco FortéDec 14, 2021
Why the hell will an I-130 be pending for two years when people that applied in July of 2021 have been approved
Rocco FortéDec 14, 2021
And you still have the state department to deal with too. NVC and the rest of them
