130 is pending
hey guys what can I do I have been under pressure and at the same time tired, I got married in August 2017 and I submitted my i130 in October 1 2018 and usics did not open my file until October 2019 and in December they requested for more evidence which we submitted with in a week , guys up till this present time my case is still pending not approved not processed all I keeping hearing from them is they are doing security check and without their results they can’t respond to my case. guys my marriage is real with 2kids and we don’t have a criminal record because we both work with the state, please I need your advice I called congress nothing has been done and my i485 was submitted in November 2019 request for evidence was sent within a week since 710 days still pending and nothing has happened or changed, now I’m putting in for 3r ead renewal.kindly advise what to do.I’m just tired.

sometimes it’s better you sue them especially when your over the processing time they will answer you asap
I read someone who sue them and they had his case approved in 3 weeks just get a lawyer for that

wow that’s too long, my I-485 process took me four months to get approved and I130 was approved right after I got approved for i485, I think sometimes it depends on the case and May be location.

same boat only difference is u are with Ur spouse i sm outside got marry may 2017 they saying they doing security check SO they can't make a decisión two days now they told My spouse that after all this time 2 months shorts two years ftom he file

BD BD : to sue u need to hire lawyer. it’s a lot of money. if u want to sue USCIS by urself, good luck u won’t win

I have been hearing in many Facebook groups of those who used Jim Hacking to sue USCIS. He has been putting pressure on them and been winning cases left and right. Maybe you guys should check him out

@bd you can get a lawyer and they will threaten a mandamus. that’s to threaten to sue them. within a week you will receive feedback, if you don’t then the lawyer will go ahead and sue them. then they will have no choice to give you a decision on your case. your case has kept too long.

@ B D BD, JIM Hacking is the best. the guy will conduct his own investigations before proceeding to represent you. price ranges from 4k to Max. it all depends on your negotiating power and your case pattern. You can do consultation before hiring a lawyer
