Extend my stay
Hi, I came to US for 1 month, but due complications of my mom, she got bladder cancer and is taking treatments in a clinic, I am the only one that can take care of her, I’m her caregiver… I had to request an extend of stay to UCSIS, my last day is January 8 2022, but they gave me an appointment for fingerprints and identification for January 14 2022, within that range of days, will I be illegal here?… and also the time they will take to approve my stay, will I be illegal?… I don’t want to be any day illegal here, I have 20 years traveling to US with tourist visa and never had an issue, this is the first time I have to overstay due my Mom with bladder cancer!…

No worries Juan. As long as you applied you're legal. If the uscis deny your case you must leave the country in 30 days. But if you attached all proofs about you mom, they will extend your visa. Good luck, wish the best for your mom.

Yes dear Josh bigosh, thank you for your advice too, I have all proofs about my mom, and of course they can investigate whatever.
