Hi guys, Am due for naturalization. I’m about to put in the application but i and my spouse leave separately due to the distance of our job. I am really worried if our my lease will be a problem. He isn’t on my lease because of a past felony. Can I go ahead and start the application without submitting a lease document?? I’d appreciate every comment.

You should look for a good lawyer, because I think the main problem is you are not living physically with your husband and that could be an issue, I know a couple in the same situation and husband has to move to another state to finish his master's but they try to do everything possible to visit each other and showed information to USCIS, still after interview officer was requesting for more evidence and it took a lot to them be approved. You have to overwhelm USCIS with tones of evidences.

I agree with Lisa. if filing under the 3 year rule then you need to reprove your marriage so if your marriage living circumstances are unusual then you need an lawyer to put together a strong application for you
