H1B transfer and extension using I140
Hi all , I am in a situation where my employer did not shared me my I140 approval notice nor i140 receipt notice . I raised a request in FOIA and they shared me only the I140 petition copy with approval stamp and alien number on it with the PERM labor copy. Using this alone document is it possible to do a H1B transfer to a new employer ,and do subsequent H1 B extension as I am on my 7th year, Please help and guide me
update i485 in removal proceedings/termination
good morning guys .I call my lawyer this morning he tell me yes the judge was terminated my removal proceedings based on my i130 approval because He has sent my approval i130 from the judge in august 2021 .I’m no longer in removal proceedings he let’s me know when he received the letter of termination from the judge

I filed form I-130 on October 14, 2021 and also filed form I-129F for K-3 on November 1, 2021. As of February 20, 2021, the status of my application for form I-130 changed to “As of February 20, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE######. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
I have been waiting for 4 months and 8 days. Does that mean my application will be approved within the next few days???

How long does it take to approved after got reviewed notification ?? Yesterday i got my first status chnged after 501 days 🥲🥲 vermont service center. which PD is recently approved for LPR filing from vermont service centre ? plz share
