I-130 Status Change
Hello everyone,
I filed form I-130 on October 14, 2021 and also filed form I-129F for K-3 on November 1, 2021. As of February 20, 2021, the status of my application for form I-130 changed to “As of February 20, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE######. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
I have been waiting for 4 months and 8 days. Does that mean my application will be approved within the next few days???

when you log into your uscis account underneath whichever form it says history / documents / and something else. you can click and see there.
@daniel it means they are reviewing your case - all documents are there they need until further notice, they won’t approve it until you had the interview. it should come soon! don’t give up hope.

I still don’t see NOA2 in documents. I am guessing maybe since I got the AR on a weekend, I might not see anything till tomorrow.

there won’t be anything. it says it’s being actively reviewed. that’s just an update for you that they are looking slowly over your stuff. if they feel like there is something what’s missing they will send you RFE and if you got everything they will send you and interview appointment

in my case it took 7 months for the next update after “case us being actively reviewed”

@daniel probably within few days. I filed i-130 for IR(MY SPOUSE) on October 28th 2021. my status is still "we received your case". which country is your beneficiary from?

I’m having the same issue. my wife filed for me i130. March 12 2021. today I saw case being actively reviewed it was updated on February 19 that’s Saturday. and today is a federal holiday. I just hope that it will change within a few days. it’s taking almost a year.
