I am from Ukraine currently stuck in Mexico with no chance of going back. My husband is American. we've applied an i-130 4 months ago and it's still being reviewed. is there anything we can do to get to America? I have no where else to go, any help or perhaps a good lawyer recommendation would be appreciated

H1B Extension of Stay Approved on May15th 2021 - i94 Valid From Sep 22nd 2021 to September 22nd 2024. On May 15th 2021 Without Approval document left USA to India for Father Medical emergency Later he passed Away.Got NIE approval from consulate and travelled back with old Stamping which was valid till September 2021.i94 Admit until visa date September 2021. December we had a doubt and reached CBP that i94 is expired and shared the above scenario they said we are in legal status to stay here in USA with USCIS given i94. Feb 8th H1B filed petition on premium for H1Transfer. Feb15th Uscis sent RFE on Expire Immigrant stay after Sep 2021. Feb 21st Visited CBP office to update i94 they are mentioning we are legal and current paper i94 given by uscis is valid. Any suggestions comments

Eligibility for H-1B 7th year extension

My H-1B visa has expired as of Oct, 2021 and I’m currently staying in India. I have an approved PERM with PD Dec 7, 2020 and I-140 is in process. Wanted to see if I’m eligible for 7th year extension with my H-1B.
