if someone is old and sometimes forgets or has memory loss for short term period; can those people get usa visa.
example: a elder person is in italy was asked about where he/she is right now? elder person answers: i am in Saudi Arabia now….
sometimes in a second memory comes back… sometimes it takes a minute to click in their head or if you keep on asking they can remember it slowly. i was wondering will he still qualify for visa?

pending Asylum based EAD renewal. I-765
I filed to renew my EAD based on a pending asylum application,
filed on 11/15/2021 but the expiration date on my current EAD card was 01/23/2022. (now expired)
for over 3 months I didn’t even get a receipt notice. lost my job waiting for a receipt notice. so finally on 02/28/2022 I got two mails from USCIS a receipt notice for my application and also a denial notice for the same application.
the reason for the denial was that I filed form I-765 under the wrong category. instead of category C8 I chose C12 as my category and that’s why they denied my application, meanwhile the $410 application fee I paid was never refunded.
on 03/01/2022 I filed another I-765 application under the right category and mailed it out.
my question is, does anyone know if i can use the receipt notice I-797 of the first application that got denied to renew my Driver’s license for another 6 months pending when I get an update about the re-filed application?

question I 130 petition filed online
Today I sign into my USCIS account and I find a new tab the states "processing time". Normally this table has never been present only the tabs that state's case status, case history, and documents. When I click on the "processing time tab"it says "the estimated time until case decision". This is new I've never seen this tab before, has anyone else seen this that has filed online? U.S.. citizen filing for spouse overseas.
Which service center is IOE?
I’ve been thinking for the past few months that my service center was Potomac because it said on the Receipt notice. but IOE is an online service center. What does this mean? How can I predict the outcome of my case if IOE isn’t even an option on lawfully? I received two receipt notices, one from Potomac and one from Texas.

This is a question for one of my friend. My friends recently got married, his wife is Indian citizen but she lives in Australia on a student visa. My friend wants to apply for her I-130, question is will she get her nvc interview in india or in Australia? Also will he need to add her Australia address as permanent address or Indian address? please suggest?

Hello,
I received an NOA that stated that USCIS received my 130 petition from Potomac. About a week later, I received another NOA that provided my access code, so that I was about to create an online profile with USCIS, but it was from the Texas processing center. Is Potomac or Texas my processing center?
Filling Form Marriage Based Greencard with Greencard Holder (LPR)
My husband is just got his permanent resident card (greencard) and he plan to sponsor me greencard as well. Currently I stay in the US with active working visa. Can we fill form I-130 together with I-485, I-131, and I-765 at the same time? or we need to fill form I-130 only then waiting it got accepted or should we wait till the visa bulletin is current ?
