Medical RFE
Hello Friends, Who normally send the medical RFE is it the NBC where I submitted papers or its the nearest field office?. I live in California. It’s been 4 mos since I received my EAD and AP but I have not receive the medical RFE. My lawyer said to just wait for the RFE. He did not recommend interfiling because chances are they will request for medical again. Any idea? Thank you.

VAWA
This is to give hope to anyone who has filed for VAWA and still in waiting. I just got an email from my lawyer that they received my work permit (EAD) and travel document. I did my biometrics last year October 2021. My VAWA is still not yet approved and I filed in September 2020. Just know there's a God who's fighting for you and keep the faith
