I got a similar case, judge terminated my removal proceedings based on my approved VAWA on November 19th, 2021, pd of my i-485 is April 30, 2018. Three months passed since the court day but still no any update on my i-485. How long does it normally take to process i-485 after the termination of removal proceedings?

@Bekzod when you received your final you call uscis to shedule your appointment today I call uscis infopass appointment and I find a agent I was telling her I received my final termination letter cancellation granted by the judge I want to shedule a appointment to adjust my status for my form I-485 and the lady give me ID verification number she tell me I’m gonna receiving a call in last 2 days for a agent when the agent call me give him the verification ID number and gonna shedule my appointment at my field uscis near me to bring my final termination letter to adjust my status

@Marcten I’m already did my interview me and my husband mariage based last year March 2th 2021 and I do fingerprints to on October 26th 2021 . I think he shedule the appointment to verify your letter termination cancellation removal and your I-485 receipt 🧾 fees filling with uscis and ask you a few you question to confirm your identity

that’s where my problem is I got the I 130 approved last week I call the lawyer to ask him to file a joint motion to terminate the removal and he’s paralegal who got all the documents say we have to wait for the interview or for the to denie the i485

because today when I called the agent ask me when the judge was granted you the cancellation of removal.I said on February 16th .she tell me great 👍 and she said he has more than three day we can help you shedule your appointment

@tm thank u and I already filled i485 and went for the interview 18months ago. I believe the case has been delayed due to removal proceedings but today lawyer called me that the case dismissed and received letter from judge.

Uwc Brother mi… ordinary the dismissal approval should be forwarded to USCIS, by the court Clark or if the USCIS lawyer was in court he should have received it on their behalf which supposed fast track the approval of your i485. … But I do believe you wil be approved before the end of this week.
