I have a question , I know I'm gonna need 3 years tax for NVC but last year 2021 I made enough to support my husband, 2019,2020 i didnt make enough , am I still gonna need a affidavit of support??

We filed with a lawyer and she only requested last years tax return from my hubands..

when I filed my lawyer sent 3 years tax .

we filed by ourselves with 2020 tax, and never got an RFE. now my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

Normally some lawyers will ask you for the past 2 years just to se your AGI or amount gross income, but actually just your last year tax return is necessary for you to be the Sponsor.
