With the understanding that you have already filed I-485 under EB3 category, I would suggest to interfile to EB2 category if you meet all of its eligibility requirements and if you have not yet used the EAD/AP card if already provided to you under EB3 category. Your PD is current in EB2 and it could be a good time to consider switching.

It also depends on if I-140 for EB2 is approved? If it is you should do the interfiling.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to interfile in this case. You might have to do a new I-485 application along with filling for I-140 for the EB2 category.
