it takes little bit of time to review the case, mine been actively reviewing the case since 5 months ago, yet I haven’t heard anything from them. We are praying for their conclusion it is very diffto be patient and we don’t know what to do. Keep praying and send them a message they will respond to u with in two weeks or so. I hope we all get and answer and approval from them ! best luck

yeah the same thing I knew my was in Nebraska center n then I talked with Emma they told me my is Texas center I'm confusing

once u login to ur USCIS account it’s up on the right hand side on the corner (speack to Emma) and u can click on it and ask her she will guide u

you have to beneficiary and then ask for live agent and you will be able to speak to one. must be beneficiary
