did anyone get approve right away？ cause the officer told me to wait for the notice she said uscis will review the case and i need to wait for the mail. but at that time the officer did not give me any thing. Did anyone have the same situation？ please let me know！i am very nervous.

My PD is Dec 4, 2023. I am on an H1b visa, but not stamped. My marriage is due Dec 2025. Spouse is not in USA so I’ll sponsor. I wonder what’s the best course. Either I should do AOS while in USA when the date become current in new fiscal year, probably, or leave and do visa processing in an NVC? I am more anxious about my spouse as if I do AOS without him, it can take couple years for him to join me after marriage. Thanks for the valuable insights. On the other hand, not sure, how long would it take if I apply immigrant visa from outside of usa.
Bonafide marriage evidences I-130
Hello everyone! A few days ago I sent my lawyer some PDFs with evidences so that she could check them out and tell me her opinion. I did not tell her to upload them to the USCIS website but she did anyways without telling me nothing. I found out today when I told her that I was gonna send her more evidences that I wanted to upload and she told me that “we should not upload new evidences every month, it should be done max once every 6 months”. Again, I didn’t ask her to upload the PDFs in the first place, and now she is advising me not to upload anything else in the next 6 months saying I should have done that before. What should I do? The evidences are affidavit of support that we didn’t upload in the beginning, so I believe they are pretty useful to me and my husband’s case. #i-130 #bonafidemarriageevidences
