EB-1A I-140 Pending for Almost 1,000 Days – Anyone Similar?
Hi everyone,
I filed my EB-1A I-140 and I-485 concurrently on November 17, 2023, under regular processing at the Texas Service Center (SRC).
My I-140 has now been pending for almost 1,000 days (nearly 33 months) with no RFE, NOID, or decision.
In January 2026, my case was moved to ELIS, but I haven’t received any updates since then.
Has anyone here experienced a similar delay with an EB-1A I-140, especially 800–1,000+ days? If so, what eventually happened — approval, RFE, NOID, or denial?
I’m also interested in hearing from anyone who switched to Premium Processing after waiting this long.
The uncertainty after almost three years has been very difficult, so I would really appreciate hearing about similar experiences.

@João Vitor Lima , I am in the same boat. I have been waiting for the past 500+ days. In June 2026, it was moved to ELIS, still no updates on my case

Mine was in March 2025 at the Nebraska location.
