we’re one the same boat… same pd same non local field office crp-> request for initial and additional evidence was mailed… I am also trying to understand… one could be for medical as its expired… other one no idea… 🙈

Same here. My RFE was for medicals. My PD is Nov 2021, and my medical exam had expired

I got the same request for initial and additional evidence LA field office PD Dec 2021

one of my buddy from LA field office got RFE for medicial and after few days he received again additional document notice which was paycheck from work.

@Jasper Amal, let them know that your employer has asked you to return to work after receiving your green card and complete your work contract.

i received an RFE like 3 years ago for pd dec 2021. they sent an RFE regarding paycheck and tax return, i told my lawyer to make strong document. During that period, i was still in college so i told them that i will start working once i'm done with college. yesterday i received my 2nd RFE again ; i'm not sure what that RFE is all about, Most probably medicial i guess.

anyone here received the letter? I got the same update on Monday night and nothing yet
