I noticed they are asking you for two things if am right? You didn't provide them your divorce certificate from your previous marriage and you didnt provide evidence on current i360 ? If this is the case? if you haven't receive the final denied letter, you have upto 30 days to respond to a noid and you likely need a lawyer. But if you already have a final deny letter, you can reopen using form i-290b and be sure to gather all they ask dis time.

I mean you stated the reasons why it was denied which is self explanatory. You need to provide and have the things you didn’t have which cause your case to be denied…Also did you use a lawyer?

notice says that before coming to usa while filing immigrant visa i was specified as married and they ask me about that and while sending rfe I send single status certificate without divorce certificate of first marriage
