EB-1A I-140 Pending for Almost 1,000 Days – Anyone Similar? Hi everyone, I filed my EB-1A I-140 and I-485 concurrently on November 17, 2023, under regular processing at the Texas Service Center (SRC). My I-140 has now been pending for almost 1,000 days (nearly 33 months) with no RFE, NOID, or decision. In January 2026, my case was moved to ELIS, but I haven’t received any updates since then. Has anyone here experienced a similar delay with an EB-1A I-140, especially 800–1,000+ days? If so, what eventually happened — approval, RFE, NOID, or denial? I’m also interested in hearing from anyone who switched to Premium Processing after waiting this long. The uncertainty after almost three years has been very difficult, so I would really appreciate hearing about similar experiences. Thank you! 🙏

@João Vitor Lima , I am in the same boat. I have been waiting for the past 500+ days. In June 2026, it was moved to ELIS, still no updates on my case

Mine was in March 2025 at the Nebraska location.

Contact your congressman; they may be able to assist you. The I-140 processing time has been increasing over the past couple of years and is now around 30 months. Since your cases are above the cutoff timeline, it's advisable to seek help from your congressman.
