one of my buddy from LA field office got RFE for medicial and after few days he received again additional document notice which was paycheck from work.

@Jasper Amal, let them know that your employer has asked you to return to work after receiving your green card and complete your work contract.

i received an RFE like 3 years ago for pd dec 2021. they sent an RFE regarding paycheck and tax return, i told my lawyer to make strong document. During that period, i was still in college so i told them that i will start working once i'm done with college. yesterday i received my 2nd RFE again ; i'm not sure what that RFE is all about, Most probably medicial i guess.

@nov 2021 took 5 days for me to receive letter including weekends.

@Eb3 other @ did you guys receive the physical mail? I only received physical mail for medical. and in the lawfully app it says additional rfe sent but in my uscis tracker it says only initial rfe sent so I am confused.

@ @Eb3 other I just spoke with live agent on Emma they said I only have initial RFE. If additional is required USCIS will notify. not sure if you guys spoke to live agent and got the same answer. Just keep me in loop if you guys get any update I really appreciate you guys replying. 🙏

@Jasper amal @ i haven’t spoke with live agents regarding the RFE, but as far as i have seen people in the past getting this duo notification on the app, said its just a glitch, when the agent hits the RFE button on the system, app like such generates duo notifications, better to check on the uscis case status page and document tab if ur case isnt paper based… but yea i will ask the agent tomorrow and also keep an eye on the mail, but i wonder if it were two rfe it should have been delivered the same day as the notification for initial and additional was for the same day…
