hi am aldrin, I need a help regarding re entry. I travelled to USA last week unfortunately immigration officer hold my work authorization cards and advance parole paper, and they send back to India ,which is valid until 2029. i have2 times travelled history without any problem,apart from that my green card is on process. I need legal help to overcome this situation.
is there any possibility to get a new authorization card.

Got RFE from local office
Two months ago, I received an RFE from the local office. I think they just wanted to take some action since the visa bulletin is stuck. The RFE was related to military qualifications. There are only five days left before my PD. Is it normal for the case to be at the local office?
I received the RFE at the beginning of December 2024, and they received my response on January 5. My PD is December 5, 2022.
