You may be able to reschedule your appointment by calling Uscis and explain the urgency why you missed it. AP is considered abandoned and tou may need to refile a new one. @TRS Hopefully is right, it also depends on your visa type as to you lost your I-485 or not. Worst case scenario you’ll have to refile I-485

@James Bond How is he going to come back into the US? Except he has an active employment based visa that enables him to go and come. like HB1, L1 etc

@TRS Hopefully yes i do have an C1D valid till 27. @James Bond USCIS clearly says that, for a VAWA self petitioner representing by an attorney, should change their address through the representative but not by ourselves. i tried to change the address and its not helping. but i do sent a request to my attorney to change the address and reschedule my biometrics. And I wanted to let you all know i got approved for my i131 EAD whithout the biometrics completed. will i still get my i765 approved?

sorry its not i131 but i got approved for i765 EAD. at Nebraska service center.

Hey man, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Last year, I went to India and missed my biometric appointment for the first time. I received my combo card, traveled to India, returned, and then USCIS scheduled my biometric, which I completed.

@viv kon Hi! i just got your post. so, i am still waiting for approval of my i131. so that i can re enter US. i got approval for my i 765 2 months ago. but not yet AP. how about you? whats your status?

. I'm waiting for my i131 to be approved. i360 and i765 approved but still waiting on i131 and waiting from India.

@viv kon How long you have been waiting? coz, when you got approval of i360 but not yet i131 means its been over 3 years i guess. which service center is this? mine is Nebraska. you may try to expedite your application.

@BALAMURUGAN RAMAMOORTHY i360 was approved in March this year. I'm waiting since Jan as my father passed away I had to come over to India. since then waiting for my i131 to move forward.

mine is in Nebraska as well... expedited month and a half ago and still got nothing in response. clearly clueless as of now.
