mine get terminated based on prima facie

amkk really I waiting for my Vawa to be approve for my lawyer to terminate my removal proceeding so so how your lawyer did it.

i don’t know my lawyer send termite letter to judge he agreed

they can terminate removal proceedings it takes time . before that they check criminal history if you have that they ask to send the police report once they check it’s dismissed or convict they check that you are not harm to society once it’s done dhs won’t oppose then respected judge terminate proceedings

I was in removal but my vawa it’s open I tri close my removal to try take parole to travel but they just close administrative

I think so u close that case because u need to sent them receipt of vawa i360 and adjust ment of status i465 receipt attached to sent the judge

they don’t need prima facie determination letter

and now I can’t travel because it’s just close administrative removal

Mine too, is administratively closed no terminate yet since 2022, my lawyer want to wait until my I-360 get approved so she can file to terminate, As my judge told us (my lawyer and I) in case Vawa get denied so we can continue the first one,

it will be administrative temporarily close then after approval of I360 the lawyer have to do permanent termination of removal one more time before they can approve your I485

you definitely can’t travel out of US that why they don’t approve you AP

tashap I’m in same situation I want travel to Brazil and my ap got denied but I replied again and I dk some people on removal process but they still got AP I don t understand that part.

@Mk a I have no criminal history, not even a ticket. I got TSA approval for Flight Training classes, they check through background, FBI check.

get a consultation with Paul Hunker @ DMCA. he was able to get my case dismissed with a prima facie determination last year. he is the former chief OPLA in Dallas and knows the regulations

@karan kc Vawa approval notice is used to terminate removal proceeding. Prima facia notice is used to administratively close the removal proceeding so that uscis can continue working on your case. If vawa gets approved, only then removal proceeding could be terminated by court.
