My case was at San Juan FO, got medical RFE, sent response to RFE. A week later, case was approved

when your case was moved to field office mostly they take 3 week if they don’t need anything soon you will get approval otherwise they will send you RFE. wish you all the best don’t worry

mine is transferred to San Juan on 4/29 and no update. I talked to Emma today.

@All is Well can u share the dates when it was tramsferred and when approved. mine transferred on April 23 and after that it complete silence. its almost 4 weeks.

my one is transferred to a local office from 25 March. my one is Phenix office. No news till now

@Mohammad Ebi If there is no RFE then Field office should asjuciate it and issue the GC. i am surprised they are taking too long. I see alot of approvals for people filed in october so I am hopeful they will start doing it for Nov too

@Kamil Qureshi yes hopefully, my case I belive that the processing time of my case is out of normal range as my pd is March and I filed in August
