guys what does it mean case was reopen after I respond to a rfe that was medical on my I-485 and bare in mind my I-485 wasn’t denied . but I got an updated saying my I-485 was reopened

I submit my I-485 on december 2022, on March 20 2023 they transfer to another office, on march 21 they told me where the case is, on June 21 they took my fingerprints and today February 19, they transferred my case to another office, I don’t have my vawa approved yet, so, that’s good or bad ? Presenté mi I-485 en diciembre de 2022, el 20 de marzo de 2023 me transfieren a otra oficina, el 21 de marzo me dicen dónde está el caso, el 21 de junio me toman las huellas digitales y hoy 19 de febrero transfieren mi caso a otra oficina, todavía no tengo mi vawa aprobado, entonces, ¿eso es bueno o malo?

I did Mendamas November 2nd 2024. than on December 17th i get 2 emails # We taking action on your case. till now Nothing update. do you guys have any idea how more longer it will take?

My PD is July 2023, EB2 ROW, have you seen any approved GC even the final action date is not current? i know its May 15 2023 now does that mean your PD should be current to grt your GC or what?

hi after so long waiting to get this combo card, but it did not come what we wanted. We just received employment authorization EAD card only can anybody tell us what’s going on? It said of bottom of the card not valid for return to US, but we really need a combo card. What is gonna be happen? What should I do in this case?

I-130, I-485 and AED renewal not approved yet

Today its been officially 3 years since I filed Vawa and still nothing. I see other people’s cases going by so fast I’m a bit worried, I recently sent my renewal for my AED and I’m still waiting on that. why would thing be going by soo slow??

I applied in April and my wife wasn’t even pregnant and my baby is one month away and I still don’t have my approval 😂 my baby will arrive before the approval

485 case moved to local field office - now what?

USCIS case status isn’t updated but upon chatting via Emma, I came to know that my case was moved from NBC to my local Field Office around 2 months ago! I think that’s a good sign but I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t had this chat! Based on this movement, my case falls outside the regular processing window (against my local field office), and I have raised a service request. Does anyone know what else I could do here (other than waiting)?

I talked to my lawyer because still my I 140 pending almost 400 days ,and he said probably this month we will learn the result ,I said okay for example if they deny what will happen ,can I take my money back refund he said no ,I paid almost 10.000 USD money until this time ,is it normal they won’t refund ???
