You can try requesting an expedite with USCIS using your doctor’s letter and medical needs. Call them or submit via the online account under “Ask Emma.”

I would suggest the same, as above expedite, and also try filing K3.

@K W they told me since I applied for I-130 can’t apply for K3. they said it’s better just to wait for I-130 to be approved.

You can call USCIS directly and request the expedite by phone. You only need to have the documents from the doctor and the ultrasounds of your pregnancy ready so that when they request it you can send it. @maisaa hmoud, when you call that number and they ask for your receipt # at first say that you lost it, you don’t have it until they get you to talk to a direct Representative….

until you’re speaking with a direct representative and she ask for your receipt #, that’s when you give it away or else they get to talk to the automated system
