I think I am one of the unlucky ones where my case is getting ignored but some newer cases are getting checked and get updates. cases like mine usually gets approve no later than 9months, some people i know filed their cases later than I did but they got to hear good news already. My case is not complicated, I’m just getting so tired, I never seen my family for 8 years.

I submitted my petition to the Texas Service Center in July 2024. Despite awaiting a decision for nearly seven months, my case remains "actively reviewing." Notably, I have observed that applicants who submitted their petitions after mine have received responses, even without Premium Processing. I would appreciate clarification on whether this is typical and how long it'll further take.

I think I made a mistake I submitted my EAD on 150th day ,And its been 25th day after applying ,Already got the recived notice mail for reas by mail and online . Applying EAD on 150 day ead can refused Asylum Pending for 150 day Thank you
