I applied my case in Texas service Center. I checked the processing time it is on the website (14.7 months ), Even though I have waited for more than this period, my request has not been approved yet.

I-140 has a premium processing available, which gets your application processed in about two weeks. I don’t know if this extra payment saving is worth of 482 days of waiting
