they don’t usually ask for medical to adjudicate i360 only i485. hopefully your approval comes soon. I’m waiting anxiously since April 4th 22

@s.c c No, this I-360 VAWA RFE is not for medical. It might be for good moral character, or more evidence of bonafide marriage, abuse, joint residence I guess. Pls keep us updated once you receive it.

until your vawa 1360 is approved that's the only way u can get rfe for medicals etc.. @s.c c keep us posted hopefully its nothing great.

@s.c c sometimes attorneys make mistakes RFE stands for request for evidence make sure you got everything you needed it to support your application if you think you got more evidence send it to them

@ayel yael So my lawyer got the Rfe asking for proof extreme cruelty proof of bonafide marriage and good moral character. she said it seems like they missed placed parts of my application because the things that they’re asking for we already sent in so she’s gonna resend everything with additional evidence
