hi @Tech74 guy ! congratulations 🥳 did you recently move to Eb1C, were you earlier on eb2? trying to understand if PD was 2003, then why you had to wait untill applying i-485 in Oct 24?

i was in the US when my original I 140 in EB 3 wad approved and then I left US and moved to Canada in 2006. abandoned my GC and didn’t apply for AOS. Came back in October 2023 and applied again …

@Tech74 guy did you get approval from NBC or your case was moved to FO and got approval? If you got approval from FO, how many days it took to get 485 approval after moving the case to FO?

@Pradeep Rao every case is moved to a FO before final Adjudication….. however I don’t know which FO it was transferred. I checked the status with EMMA on May 12th and it was still at NBC. Hypothetically if it was moved to FO on the same day then at max it took like 11 days

@Tech74 guy - Did you file a 485J and get a separate receipt notice for it ? I got a RFE on it from a non local FO. response received 20 days ago. no update since

Yes separate receipt notice for 485J and it was also approved with with 485.

same day approval… if the only RFE you have is for 485J then your case will approves once the RFE is addressed….
