No update after an interview
It's been 1,194 days since I submitted my I-485 application and 7 months since my interview, yet I still haven't received a decision. It's quite frustrating.
My employer & lawyer said they can’t do anything about it, but to wait.
Anyone on the same boat?

Hi beautiful people. Please those who filed 2022 or 2023 . Any Vawa (i360) approval? if yes please, what is the length of time that the vawa took to get approved? from the filing date to approval date . I got WP, AP with multiple entrance and two PF . Please share your stories. I left my kids 11 years ago and I miss them so much .
Enlightenment please - IR2 Filers!!!
Anyone got IR2 approved for their kid(s) below the age of 14, do they get processed in as US Citizens upon received IR2 visa to the US or Green card because I know they can apply for US passport once they in and then you can file for their N600 aftermath to avoid problems when they renewing their passports.

anyone here as a green card holder, recently filed spousal visa for their spouse overseas? what is the estimated timeframe like? Hi I have sent my documents all together they are i485,i360,i765 and i130 but I have received only i485 receipt on time and I have got biometrics appointment as well and I have given my biometrics
can some one help me if anybody in the same situation and when can we receive the rest notices and what’s going to be the next update after the biometrics

Hi
my EB2-NIW case has become current for action for April bulletin.
I have had biometrics 3 months ago and have my EAD card.
I know each case is unique, but wondering how long roughly it takes for a decision to be made after priority date becomes current for action?

I submitted an inquiry to NVC because they haven’t added the substitute sponsor in CEAC yet. They responded that my petition is undergoing ‘necessary additional processing’ and that I will be notified when it’s complete. Has anyone experienced this before and knows how long this process usually takes?

Supplement J after getting fired (plant or production environment)
I hope everyone is happy after this visa bulletin movement today.
I need to find a new employer after getting fired from my old job. Any idea how I can find a job that will provide me with Supplement J if needed? My position with old employer is general Laborer in a Factory and I got fired after working for 2 years. I am looking for a sponsor who would hire me for general laborer position. Factory/production environment is something I am looking for. I am currently at Georgia but planning to move to Dallas area.
please suggest/help me if you know anyone or any company. It would be great even if you can provide me with HRs contact info, i can apply and communicate with them too.
