The RFE was regarding my vaccination record. The second dose of one of the required vaccines became due on the day of my medical exam. However, my civil surgeon didn’t pay close attention to the timing and marked everything as complete. USCIS noticed this discrepancy and issued an RFE requesting that I receive all due vaccinations and submit an updated medical examination report.
No, my case has remained at the National Benefits Center (NBC) the entire time.
