EB1A approved after 10 days PP! How long does it take USCIS to forward the petition to NVC for consular processing? From there, it’s 3-4 weeks processing before my interview can be booked.

When should I start working for my sponsor (EB3-Skilled)? Can I start working after I get my green card, or should I start right after filing the I-140, or perhaps after the I-140 is approved? I’m in the U.S. and already have an EAD.
