interview letter ds-260 confirmation affadavit of support with 3 years tax returns passport style photos proof of ongoing relationship—photos, phone calls, money transfers, etc

We only have 2022 and 2023 tax return

Also w2 and work letter

they wont expect you to have 2024 tax returns because the IRS hasn’t opened the filing period yet

usually they would ask for it after the deadline which is 04/15

Hello, my husband was interviewed today and he was given 221g without giving any requested documentation, I wanna ask you if you could answer my question which officer was your interview with is it with the bold man .

I'm very nervous because he told my husband everything is good and there's nothing wrong but he put him on administrative processing

He returned everything thing and handed my husband the yellow slip

two weeks later they asked us for the passport to submit. we did and still waiting no update at all for more than 3 weeks. they have the passport

It's a good sign that they've asked for the passport but for us we still waiting

Inshallah they will ask for it within two weeks. the same thing happened to my aunt and uncle they asked for the passport after the interview 2 weeks. they interviewed exactly a month after us

If I email embassy and ask about it do u think they will delay it more because I wanna know why did they gave him ap without any reason

Ours they didn't update it still the same since the interview day

it updates but every week, they dont update a lot. But when it updates to AP it means they will issue soon. when i asked around most people said about 5-6 weeks is how long it takes

mine stayed refused from December 15 to January 24

but December 30 they asked for passports via email

For your aunt and uncle how long did they stay until they asked for their passport and how long did they took until they printed their visa

my aunt and uncle interviewed on january 14 they asked for passports january 20 they are still waiting for visa to be issued did they request your passport yet?
