don’t waste your time behind unskilled

LC is taking a long time now. average time is between 15-16+ months without audit and with audit it will be even more.

@USCIS IS A MESS it was last year what I decided. If you knew about this would you do this unskilled process?

yeah good luck, even after LC you can’t file for anything other than I-140. you will have 5+ years wait time to file unless something happens. pd April 22 and still in for the long wait

best of luck on the wait. don’t have your hopes up I suggest wait another 5+ years before anything can happen

@eb3 sucks check with your sponsor might be under audit review. They might be able to give you some info. just be patient and best of luck

@USCIS IS A MESS it’s expensive but everything was approved for me on time. My case has been received and approved by NVC. I’m just waiting for a interview date. Just before my case was sent, my priority date was current but the retrogression started right before they received it. smh 🤦‍♂️
