Case remains pending
Hello Community,
on September 25 I received an update on the I-485 that USCIS is pausing work on my application since a visa number is not available. However the new fiscal year has already started, and visas should now be available, but I haven’t seen any updates so far
Does anybody have experienced this situation, how long do they usually take to resume the process? Any suggestions on what to do to get things moving??

USCIS Email Notification Without Case Update – Anyone Experienced This?
Yesterday, I received two emails from USCIS stating, 'We have taken an action on your case and it needs your attention.' I assume one was for me and the other for my dependent. However, nothing has changed in my online account. I contacted Emma for assistance, but they couldn’t find any updates either. It's been a day since I received the emails, and I still don’t see any status changes. Has anyone else experienced something similar? FYI, I submitted two cases (I-485 and I-765) for myself and my dependent.

I got my green card yesterday after a long period of time waiting but thank God it came in the mail yesterday.just want to encourage everyone that’s still waiting to hold on and be positive.wish everyone good luck

How Long Take The Process of removing conditions of Green Card
Hi
my green card will expire on march 2025 . and i have to apply for remove condition in next month December
-Does any one have clear answers how long it will be the process?
i will have to apply for citizen in December 2025
i see many people say it take 3 years but thay does not make sense because my N400 will be in 14 month
please if you have experience share it
Traveling on Advance Parole
Hello everyone,
Has anyone traveled on advance parole while two greencard process is pending. I am super nervous to travel.
I have two pending cases with USCIS EB3 unskilled and marriage to citizen case.
I received AP from marriage case only because USCIS does not issue two AP. AP from EB3 case was denied because the other AP got approved.
I came here on F1 visa and maintained F1 until i485 filed.
USCIS never sent the Prima Facie
Hey VAWA fam! I submitted my Vawa application on 10/04/21 I received 5 PFs However the PF expired on 10/06/24 but I’ve never received the renewal and my lawyer called and they told her to wait she supposed to contact them on 03/31/25 so I’m wondering why they sent me a PF renewal is it because they find out that I have a reckless driving on my record or not?
