Sometimes it's based on what country is applicant from, every case is different. it's gonna take between 4-10 months for approval, if they find any proof that's missing then there will be RFE and then reviewing starts again. Hope you've submitted everything that you're supposed to, hope your case gets approved soon! @L Elaine

@Sb yk I submitted the medical report that I had in Hong Kong which was used to applied K1. report includes vaccination records and chest X-ray

@Sb yk You always have to submit I-693 with your AOS application…
