Taking longer
Hi everyone!
I hope you are all having a great time:)
I have a question, I checked my USCIS account and I realized my I-130 progress tab says: “Your case is taking longer than we previously estimated, but it is within normal processing times.”
yesterday it said: “10 months.” but now it says that and I think it is weird because my case has been in USCIS only 126 days.
anyone know why this happened or has been through the same thing?

Hello, it actually might be a good sign, I got the same message like 2 weeks ago and got approved on Christmas Day. I’ve seen the same happen to others. Hopefully that the case for you guys as well! Prayers!

@Jesus Tovar omg that would be amazing😭 my grandma is sick and I might be able to donate her a portion of my liver. I put all of this on God’s hands 🙌🏼

@Aileen Gonzalez Gutierrez I got the same message after the interview on my 1-130. it’s almost 3years since my PD, I have no idea what is happening
