NVC no update #humanitarian reinstatement
can anyone help? it has been over 2 months since my humanitarian reinstatement has been affirmed and no updates from NVC. when I try to login to ceac using Invoice number, it says case has been returned to USCIS. called USCIS they said case has been affirmed and sent back to department of state. this is so frustrating.
