I did my interview dec 17 today 8am, the officer interviewed us separately takes about almost two hours because my husband petition for my son as well. @ chicago field, pls do any one knows when we get an update. our lawyer said we did good, the interview officer said we will receive a notice between 6week to 120 days.

Interview complete
I have some complications with some history. But the interview went well. Officer asked about the history. Gave him all the records. He said his system is down but will be approved the case. While leaving gave me a white paper marked for your case is held for review.
My online status still says RFE received. I am glad I am keeping an eye on my mail box.
it's been more than 15 days since interview status still says RFE received.

Hi guys,
My wife a USC, and we are living abroad, she filed I-130 for me and now it’s with the NVC (2 days back we submitted all the required documents)
My wife is a pregnant, the baby won’t be eligible for the US passport through the Embassy, she has to give birth in the US, otherwise he will be as same as my nationality (Iraqi)
I cannot let her go alone (she has no one there) and on the other hand I have no idea how long the process will take, she has to be in the US on April maximum
Do you have any idea if I can get a visit visa and be with her ?

and I 485 was received on May 11 2020
it's been almost 2 years and got no response
I filled the application to renew my i765 7 months ago
still no response
still praying God things go well and hopefully I get it soon .. I can't work I can't do anything
lawfullys prediction
trying to get an idea of everyone predictions, whether their accurate or not. I filed i130 October 29 of this year. since then my predictions have change like maybe 2 times. This recent one has change to processing time prediction October to February most likely. which I think is odd because I am in the California service center which i heard takes forever. has anyone's predictions been accurate?
Case ranking order
Why is each time a new case added in to my field of office, it would be added in front of me? For 4 months, my ranking has always been the 2nd last one, never changed. And people filed after me would be added in front of me. Why?
