Asc office closed 09/14
Because of t.s nicholas my asc office was closed, i heard it takes weeks for them (uscis) to give you a new appointment, its that true?
I tried calling uscis but the operator refused to transfer my call to a live agent.
Im thinking doing a walk-in but because of covid the notice says no walk-ins accepted. I just cant sit here and wait, i can lose my job if they delay my biometrics apt 😭
I dont know what to do honestly, im about to lose my mind

I am going through frustrating times with my N400_Citizenship Application, and I am desperately looking out for help with regards to information about what I can do to find a genuine solution to my situation.
since I applied for my citizenship on online in January 2, 2021, I got my case and receipt number and have been waiting endlessly to receive my biometric appointment notice.
For a little close to 4 months now, every time I check my online case application case status, it tells me my biometric appointment notice was sent to me and I should follow a link given in their information to request a new biometric appointment notice, if I don't get the one they said they have sent me since June 18,2021.
The problem is I have never gotten the biometric appointment notice they are taking about, I have been following the links they have provided to request a new biometric appointment notice. Since then I have done been following their links for 3 months and every time I requested for it, they extended the possibility of hearing from them by a month and when the time comes and I follow up with them, again they extended it to another month and so on....
When I tried calling the USCIS number I never get a live agent to address why I can't receive my biometric appointment notice, even though they said they sent it. Instead, I get an automated voice message instructing me to go through the same process I have been going through for 3 months and counting with no results.
In view of my frustrating situation, I am appealing to everybody out here; if you ever experienced what I am going through and have managed to get through it, please educate me on what to do next. I have run out of ideas about how to get this situation resolved. Please help me with any valuable information. You have my appreciation in advance; THANK YOU so much!

i received my EAD combo card last Aug 21. Still waiting for news about my I485. How long did you guys have to wait to get an update in I485 after receiving your EAD?

I filled everything in Oct along with medical and today while chatting with a live agent got to that my case was transferred to SJ FO on 9/9. How long it will take them to approve? Anyone here has any insight please share

certified copy of marriage certificate for interview
it says in the letter (invitation) for interview that it has to be certified copy of your marriage certificate, however, I have a friend who recently brought just a simple copy of her marriage certificate and the original marriage certificate (she showed the original and they took a copy).
did anyone else also brought a simple copy along with the original marriage certificate?

missing my wife
spending this time alone without my wife is a very lonely existence I paid my money and I've been very patient but to go 220 days plus one-year because of the pandemic and you don't hear nothing he's very frustrated I just want to know is there anything I can do to speed up the process anyting this is a very unfair process just I'm just frustrated
